A woman who says she has two husbands and a boyfriend is drawing attention online after explaining how she manages three separate romantic relationships, while commentary YouTuber Anton Daniels reacted with disbelief and argued that he could not understand why any of the men involved would willingly accept the arrangement.

The woman, who goes by Kiarybaby online and identifies herself as Kiarylane, said she has been with one partner, Brett, for eight years, another partner, Jake, for four years, and her boyfriend Aaron for three years. She described the men as close friends who are all straight, have separate relationships with her, and do not have romantic or sexual relationships with one another.

Daniels, however, made clear from the beginning that he viewed the arrangement as completely incompatible with his own ideas about monogamy, marriage and male relationships, repeatedly saying that he would never agree to share a partner.

Kiarylane Says Their Schedules Make The Arrangement Work

Kiarylane said one of the most common questions she receives is how she finds enough time for three partners, but she argued that the practical side of the relationship is easier than people assume because all four adults have different schedules.

She works as a self-employed photographer and controls her own calendar, while the men work different hours that rarely overlap, which she said allows her to spend time with whoever happens to be off work.

“Their schedules are actually a great reason why this relationship even works,” she explained.

The sleeping arrangements are also structured around those work schedules. Kiarylane said she lives in a three-bedroom house with Brett and Jake, while Aaron has his own apartment; Brett and Jake each have their own bedrooms, while she uses the third room as a personal dressing and photography space.

On nights when Brett is working, she may sleep with Jake, while on nights when Jake is working, she may stay with Brett. Aaron sometimes spends the night at the house, or she stays at his apartment.

Daniels immediately rejected the entire setup, saying he could not imagine knowingly remaining in a relationship while his partner was also involved with other men.

“You got to be a desperate person,” Daniels said, adding that he personally would not agree to such an arrangement “if she was the last woman on Earth.”

The Three Relationships Are Separate

Kiarylane emphasized that the men are not romantically involved with one another and that the relationship is not one large shared sexual arrangement.

“They are three best friends who happen to fall in love with the same girl,” she said. “They’re all straight. They just share me.”

She said intimacy happens separately, just as her individual relationships with each man are separate, and argued that people often exaggerate how much time romantic relationships actually revolve around sex.

Each partner has different emotional and physical needs, she said, and their demanding work lives mean that the relationship is less chaotic than outsiders might imagine.

“I am their safe space,” Kiarylane explained. “I am where they land.”

Daniels was highly critical of the men and repeatedly questioned their sexuality because they were comfortable sharing a female partner. That part of his reaction was much harsher than a simple disagreement with polyamory, and sexual orientation cannot reasonably be determined from whether someone chooses a non-monogamous relationship.

There is plenty to debate about whether this kind of arrangement would be emotionally sustainable for most people without turning the men’s identities into an insult. Kiarylane herself was clear that the lifestyle works for them precisely because they have accepted rules that many other couples would reject outright.

Money Is Shared Differently Between The Partners

Kiarylane also explained that finances are divided according to living arrangements rather than evenly among everyone.

Because Brett and Jake live with her, she said they cover most of the household bills by choice, while she pays for many of the discretionary expenses, including vacations, clothing, entertainment and other wants.

“My job is just to pamper them because they pamper me,” she said.

Aaron has children, and Kiarylane said she also helps with gifts, toys, birthdays and other enjoyable expenses connected to his family.

Her goal, she said, is to make sure each partner feels “loved, appreciated and heard.”

Daniels viewed the financial arrangement as further evidence that the men were accepting a situation he considered unreasonable, particularly because two of them were contributing substantially to a shared household while knowing Kiarylane had other partners.

He described her, in effect, as benefiting heavily from the arrangement and suggested that the men were giving up too much.

That criticism is easier to understand when viewed through a strictly monogamous framework, but Kiarylane’s account suggests that everyone involved knows the terms. Whether those terms seem fair from the outside is different from whether the adults inside the relationship have agreed to them.

She Says Jealousy Is Handled Through Communication

Kiarylane said another question she receives constantly is whether Brett, Jake or Aaron become jealous.

Her short answer was no.

She argued that jealousy is less likely because each man feels he receives the attention, affection and emotional support he needs, and she said any imbalance is discussed openly before it becomes a larger problem.

“You can’t have polyamory without proper open communication and trust,” she said.

Kiarylane said the men need to be emotionally and socially aware enough to communicate when they feel neglected, and she recalled one husband telling her that his main concern was simply seeing her happy.

“I’m never going to be upset that you are happy,” she quoted him as saying.

She also disclosed that Brett and Aaron are autistic and that Jake has ADHD, saying their different ways of viewing the world sometimes help her understand situations from perspectives she would not otherwise consider.

Daniels responded to that disclosure by mocking the men and describing them as “broken,” language that went well beyond criticizing the relationship itself. Neurodivergence does not explain away a person’s relationship choices, nor does it make someone less capable of deciding what kind of consensual relationship they want.

Their Social Life Includes Separate And Group Dates

Kiarylane said most formal date nights happen one-on-one, much like intimacy, but the four also spend time together socially because the men are friends.

She described going to movies, having dinner, eating out together and holding board-game nights, saying the household can sometimes feel like living with a group of close friends.

“Just three boys, three bros who fell in love with me,” she said.

She also pushed back against the idea that people watching her videos should automatically try to recreate the arrangement.

According to Kiarylane, the relationship developed naturally rather than through a deliberate plan, and she warned that polyamory requires patience, kindness, trust and strong communication.

“Before there’s love, there has to be mutual respect,” she said.

She added that even during disagreements, people have to remain kind enough to recognize that their partner still deserves respect, which she sees as the foundation of what makes their arrangement work.

Daniels Says He Would Never Recommend It

Daniels remained unconvinced through the end of the video and repeatedly said there was “no way” he could understand the men’s decision.

He described himself as highly territorial in relationships and said he could not imagine knowingly sharing a woman with another man, much less structuring a household around it.

His reaction ultimately reflected a much more traditional view of exclusivity: for Daniels, romantic commitment between a man and woman is fundamentally incompatible with either partner maintaining additional relationships.

Kiarylane sees the same issue very differently. She says all three men know exactly what the others mean to her, communicate openly when problems arise, and remain friends outside their separate relationships with her.

The arrangement is obviously far outside what most people would consider conventional marriage, and it would likely be unworkable for many couples who expect exclusivity. At the same time, the most useful part of Kiarylane’s explanation is that she does not present it as a universal model, but as a system that developed among four adults who say they understand and accept its boundaries.

Daniels’ reaction shows why the story has attracted so much attention in the first place: the relationship challenges deeply held assumptions about marriage, jealousy and exclusivity, while Kiarylane insists that what looks impossible from the outside has become ordinary life inside her household.
