Science
The word Science comes from the Latin "Scientia", meaning knowledge. It is a system that attempts to organize facts learned by study and to explain how the world and everything in it works.
Pure Science: is concerned with learning new facts only for the sake of gaining new knowledge.
Applied Science: is the practical use of scientific theory and laws.
